The AI compliance dashboard
A policy in a drawer proves nothing. A dated record does.
Every Complete framework comes with a dashboard your business runs all year: what is due, the AI tools you use and the risk each one carries, who has signed your policy, what went wrong and what you did about it. When an insurer, a client or a regulator asks how you manage AI, you send them the record.
Included with 8 annual frameworks, from £1,297/year. The working example is a firm we invented; every button on it is switched off.

Nine parts, one screen.
The framework tells your business what to do. The dashboard is where it gets done, and where the proof that it was done is kept.
To do
Everything due, in date order. Overdue items are flagged and stay on the list until they are done.
Your AI tools
Every AI tool you use, who owns it, its risk level and when it was last reviewed. Add a new tool and your documents are rewritten overnight to cover it.
Your staff
Each person gets their own link to read and sign your AI policy. Their signature and the date land on the record without anyone typing them in. Training is recorded alongside.
Incidents
What went wrong, what you did and when it was closed. A near miss caught in time is evidence that your checks work.
What changes for you
When a law that covers you changes, your documents are updated and you are told, in plain English, what it means for your business.
Your proof
Where each record your policy calls for is kept, who owns it, and when it was last confirmed.
Your documents
Every document in your framework, the current version, ready to download whenever you need it.
Statement and report
A one-page statement for a client or insurer who asks how you manage AI, and a full compliance report as a PDF.
History
Every change, dated, with how it was made. It is the difference between saying you review your tools and showing that you did.
The riskier the tool, the sooner it comes back.
Each AI tool on your dashboard is given a risk level, and its next review date follows from it. A tool that could harm someone is looked at again within months. One that cannot is looked at once a year.
You do not have to remember any of it. Once a month, if anything is due, we email you the list and a link straight to it. If nothing is due, we do not email you.
| Risk level | Reviewed again within |
|---|---|
| Unacceptable | a month |
| High | 3 months |
| Limited | 6 months |
| Minimal | a year |
Private by design.
Your dashboard holds the names of your staff and the incidents you have logged. It is treated that way.
Two keys to open it
Your private link finds the page. A six-digit code, emailed to the address you bought with, opens it. Each code works once, for 15 minutes, and stops working after 5 wrong tries. A forwarded link opens nothing.
Kept away from AI models
Staff names, training dates and incident notes are never sent to an AI model.
A written contract for your data
For what you put on the dashboard, you are the controller and we are your processor, under the Article 28 terms in our Terms of Service. If something goes wrong, we tell you within 48 hours.
Gone when you go
If your cover ends and you do not renew, everything you entered is deleted 30 days later. You can download your documents at any time before then.
Which frameworks include it.
The dashboard comes with the Complete tier in every market we write for, and with the UK + EU Combined framework. It opens the day your framework arrives and runs for as long as your cover does. Entry tiers include the documents only.
